Hey what’s up, everybody? Welcome to THE a.m guys, welcome to Five minute rants. I’m your host, Michael Abernathy. And welcome to the show predicated on the journey of life and business, hope life is treating you good and hope life is treating you well, I’m better than I deserve personally.

Well, today, everybody, I wanted to talk about how value is produced in creation. And real quick, this is in a brief summary, this is What I mean by that, when you create something value is automatically produced in every place that we find value in our lives. And in our world, somebody had to create something, and somebody had to start as the origin of this creation and this origin point to create and then value came out of it, okay. And oftentimes, value can be overlooked, it doesn’t matter if you value something or not, to see whether there is value. But What I’m talking about is that if you’re creating, there’s going to be value produced in so you don’t have to try to just, I’m just gonna make something valuable. It’s like no, put your head down, create, build, don’t keep up with the Joneses. And that this is an unintended consequence, that is just going to happen without you trying, it’s a natural consequence, it is something that is naturally going to happen if you create and build, even if you’re in a flooded industry, even if you’re in a flooded market, if you put your head down, create and build and improve value will be produced. Okay.

And we’re not talking about whether you should be in a flooded industry, there’s definitely smart decisions there on that side. But I want to talk about, I just want to focus on the concept of values produced in creation. So think about that somebody created a business, they created, like Steve Jobs created Apple, right, created Apple and as a result value is automatically produced, it gave a place for shareholders to invest, it gave a place for customers to be served for the connectivity of the world to increase like the iPhone, right, it produced value there, then it produced value for, you know, internet users and internet providers, it produced value for telephone companies, it just all the value, the doorway for value just kept growing and getting bigger. Because Steve Jobs was focused on creating, he wasn’t focus on competing. If he wanted to compete, he would have gone into the business computer world, like Bill Gates was doing at the time, because Bill Gates was focused on the computers cool, we’re not going to do that. I want to put up a computer in everybody’s home. And that was Steve Jobs idea.

It’s the same thing with Elon, Elon Musk is doing the same thing he’s creating and building versus let me just try and keep up with the Joneses. He’s trying to create something better and trying to just create, and as a result value is automatically produced. And I’m saying this because if you’re starting your own thing, or if you’re currently running the company, and you want to create value, you want to increase your revenue and your profits, the best way to do it is just start focusing internally on bettering systems and processes, self improving, creating and building right and doing this, and then everything automatically gets better value is a natural consequence of creation.

And think about it this way. Let me give you another example of value. So McDonald’s first, and I’m quoting, because I don’t know if this is really true, but first franchise for food and fast food, right? They created it, it opened up a doorway for workers it opened up a doorway for food, it opened up a doorway now for all these other restaurants and all these other industries to open up franchise meant it opened the door for for all of this value to trickle out and spread just across the country and across the nation. And so think about that, like, oftentimes we’re like, oh, how do I provide something valuable? How do I how do I find and solve a real problem that needs to be solved and it’s like if you’re focused on serving, and you’re focused on creating and all your creations focus on serving people, you will automatically produce value. It’s not let me try and produce value and let me make this valuable and that’s the Keeping Up with the Joneses. That’s the I’m going to I’m going to dress as somebody who’s worth a billion dollars but I don’t have any of that. Instead, your time would be better spent creating building and moving towards that life if that’s What you’re looking for. And I’m saying this because it’s so easy this ties back into real work I don’t know if you’ve listened to that episode, but if you have it ties back into that like finding the real work predicated on the greater good, predicated on serving predicated on creating and building and so anyways guys, just keep that in mind if you’re really going to create and you actually move forward into creation and building and your focus is to serve people. The value is just naturally going to come and it’s naturally going to be there.

Anyways guys So, I’ll catch you later. Peace
