Thanks for helping me change lives. Appreciate it.

Well, today, guys, I actually want to talk about time management. I was talking with a good friend the other day, and we were talking about time management. And he actually told me, he was like, Hey, you actually need to build something to help people for this, because it really helped my life. And I was like, oh, okay, cool. So I never thought about that. And Here’s a side note, total side note, you don’t have to think about everything. But if you really invest in people, and then you really have good friends that love and care about you, and bettering you, you’ll have great ideas and they don’t have to be your own. You just have to have the humility to take them. Alright, so total side caveat. Well, I want to talk about time management. And I want to talk about a part of the right way to think about managing time.

So most people, one I don’t know, but I don’t think a lot of people actually think about managing time, I don’t think a lot of people actually understand the concept of What time is, right? It’s just because it’s something that happens every day. And going back to, you know, just if something is normal, or something like very vital things in our life that we experience every day, we tend to overlook, like breathing, I’ve said that it’s the same thing with time, time is so vital for us, right, but it occurs every day. And we tend to overlook it and do nothing with it. And so I think it is personally important no matter What you’re doing throughout the day, to really manage your time and have your time be allocated to production, or to really building or achieving your greater good, whatever that is okay.

And so first, I want to say this, everybody has been given the same amount of time, everybody has been given the same 24 hours, everybody should really be sleeping around eight hours a day. So everybody really has 16 hours to do something with every day. Now, Here’s the thing. When you are managing time, you need to think of it in work, not actual time, well, I’m going to spend hours doing this, it’s like, nope, What is the work that I need to do? What is the work that needs to be accomplished? What is my most important work, and that’s where the most time should be allocated. What is the most important work, and if you don’t know how to find your real work, I’ll probably end up doing an episode later about it just to help help people find the real work. But time is really work based. The other thing is time is very much like money, it’s a budget, you got to actually spend it and make it work for you. Okay, and time needs a budget, it needs a budget, everything that flows, whether it’s time, money, work, or relationships, all the things that flow need a system to manage chaos, and they need to flow through a structured system to actually become efficient. If you think about it, like water, water without any sort of containment system is just a mess.

So anyways, with time it’s really work base, like What is the work that I need to accomplish? And What is most important? What are the five areas of work, my health, finances, right property, relationships, and work. Those are the five pillars of life and time really is dedicated to that. And now Here’s the thing, if you want to know how you spend your time, this is where vision comes in. What is the vision for your life? What are you trying to accomplish? If you don’t have a vision, you don’t know where you really need to focus your time and spend most your time moving towards, right. And so it’s interesting because listening and reading about really successful people, people who’ve really made it, and they don’t have a purpose or a greater good beyond that. They all of a sudden find themselves purposeless, and then they end up on this journey of finding purpose. You don’t have to wait till you get there, you can actually have purpose now. And then it just continues to move forward.

Other things about time is you will find that one you have way more time than you think you do, two, you actually now have a better and more important goal of speed. How do I get faster at receiving? How do I get faster at recognizing failure? How do I get faster decision making production? How do I get faster at finding my work? How do I get more efficient at my work? How do I get better at my work all those things. And that becomes very important moving forward. And then last but not least just really about time in general, is as you’re doing this, know that if you are spending time trying to fix people or a better way of saying this if you are the solution, if you personally the solution to everybody’s problem is broken. And you’ll find that that’s actually where most Your time is being wasted. You’re the solution versus building solution.

Anyways guys, I’m actually out of time ironically, and I will catch y’all later peace
